about gina
Name: Gina McClurg
Code Name: ginsey A.K.A.: gincha, seko UCLA: Fourth year; Design | Media Arts D.O.B.: August 21, 1989 I am but a naïve student at a decent university trying learn a thing or two and create lots and lots and lots of art. I'm an illustrator, a cartoonist, a comicker, a photographer, and a designer, but above all I'm just a kid. I love video games (in particular Pokémon, the Legend of Zelda series, and stupid online Flash games), food (along with cooking and baking), cartoons and comics no matter what the country of origin, science (physics is awesome!), and enjoying company and life. I carry my sketchbook and camera with me almost everywhere, I am probably the worst pacifist you will ever meet, and I don't know why I've already gone on this long about myself. Have a resume! résumé
Here is my résumé! Hooray!

How long have you been drawing?
I see a lot of artist's that say "I've been drawing since I could pick up a pencil!" Not so! I mean, everyone draws as soon as they're capabable but I was definitely doing the circles with no bodies and stick arms and legs until about fourth grade (1998/1999) when I discovered the existence of Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, and Pokemon. I've been drawing 'seriously' ever since! May I use your work for personal projects? Sure! But if you post it anywhere on the internet, please be sure to credit me! May I edit your work and then post it? Please don't. May I use your work for commercial gain/to make money? No. (Exception: If you commission me to make a piece that will turn a profit, that's a different story and we'll talk.) Why do you draw yourself as a cow? It's a long story involving inside jokes and a long time friend. By now though, it's second nature! Besides, cows are cute. ♥ Why do you draw anime/manga? Because I like it, and I consider it an art form even if many universities, schools, and companies still don't. I draw realism and other styles of cartooning too, when I see fit. You didn't answer my question! Please ask away! Go ahead and contact me.
